At Lattafa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase; however, due to the personal nature of beauty products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and a photo of the unopened product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the fragrance in its original luxury packaging and use a sturdy shipping box with protective padding to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects the seal and condition of the bottle, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
